Found a bug, lost a session or have an idea for Stack Up? Email the team. A few details in the first message mean we can usually answer in one reply.
We reply in English or Hindi. Please never send a password, OTP or bank detail — we will never need one.
What to include
- For a sign-in or session problem: the browser and its version, the device, whether you use private tabs, and what happened just before the session disappeared.
- For a Stack Up bug: what you tapped, what you expected and what you saw. A screenshot or a short screen recording is ideal.
- For an idea: tell us what would make you play one more run. New ranks, colour themes and accessibility ideas are all welcome.
Before you write
Most lost sessions are solved by the nine browser checks, and the FAQ answers the common game questions. If you just want to play, the tower is on the Daman Login start page.
What we cannot help with
This site holds no accounts for other apps or services, so we cannot reset, unlock or look up an account anywhere else. For those, contact the service you signed up with, through its own app or website.
